It is also for those who want to know their True Nature, the Real Eternal Blissful Self. True and earnest desire to be free from sorrow and be happy is the only requirement. No other qualification is necessary in this mode of self-improvement.

Problems are in the Mind, and so it is within the Mind that we should seek Solutions for those problems. Happiness is felt within oneself, so it cannot come from outside of oneself. But we have been misleading ourselves into finding happiness in the external world of people and objects. Lasting Happiness, the Intense Peace, Perennial Bliss, is always available within oneself, but only veiled by the mind due to deeply ingrained mental predispositions.
