Life, Love, Happiness, Peacefulness... these are pre-existent within. Mind rises over them, covers them, then foolishly seeks them outside and gets disappointed. By meditation and self-enquiry, disturbing thoughts are expelled, mind becomes clear, and Happiness is rediscovered.
